Manoj Hadawale is 28 yrs old, Agriculture Post Graduate, made people wonder about him, as he resigned from his job in a bank with a vision to redefine tourism in India. He belongs to a small village Rajuri of Junnar tahasil in Pune district. Since childhood he was always attracted to rural aspects of india, and show this to his friends who belong to the urban part of India. Gradually he discovers himself & decided to convert his natural instincts into his passion. To achieve this he established “Hachiko Tourism”. He continues his passion with agri & village Tourism, where he started “Parashar Agri & Village Tourism centre” at his native Rajuri. He gathered farmers from his village for agri & Village tourism & arranged 1st Grape festival of Maharashtra which received tremendous response from the tourists.
According to him, India has a lot of potential in tourism which goes beyond the TajMahal, Rajasthan, Kerala etc, and this curiosity of the tourist to explore more bring them closer to the Indian culture. India has treasure of several things like religions, culture, geographical diversity, nature, history, behavior, and many more aspects. To put forth this richness of India in front of all domestic & international tourist and in a way create more rural employment are the main motives of Manoj. He wishes to contribute to his native place and the Indian society at large. Manoj has the help of the locals the authorities who are making this dream a reality, and thanks them all for their greatness and gratitude and need their blessing all the way.
So 1st step is of working for promotion of Junnar Tourism Since 2011. where have developed Junnar Tourism Development Organization under which all amateur experts in different fields like Forts, caves, nature, flora, birds, valleys, rural culture and many more.
“Junnar Jagar” is our another move with an objective to make aware about tourism potential of Junnar by conducting presentations & lectures.
“Junnar Tourism Map” is another step of our work. This 1st tourism map of any Tahasil in India which help to visiting guests to know about Junnar.
Delivering lectures in tourism workshops conducted by several agencies like Agro one, Mitcon, Agriculture department [Govt of Maharashtra] to make aware about Agri & village tourism to students, farmers, tourists.
Delivering lectures to school & collages on “rural entrepreneurship” in order to encourage rural youths to chase dreams.
